INFORMATION CLAUSE

 

REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1) – hereinafter „GDPR” – we inform you that:

I. Personal data administrator.

The administrator of your personal data is KPGeo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Królewska 65, 30-081 Krakow.

II. Data Protection Officer.

III. Purposes and bases of processing.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), to the extent specified in the contract, in order to perform the contract, including the necessary cooperation in this matter, which is the Administrator’s legitimate interest.

IV. Categories of your data that we process.

We will process categories of your data to the extent specified in the contract.

V. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations.

We do not transfer your data outside the territory of the Republic of Poland/EU/European Economic Area.

VI. Data retention period.

We store your data until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under the contract and for archival purposes, in accordance with the law.

VII. Information on the requirement/voluntary provision of data.

Providing personal data is a condition for the performance of the contract, including the necessary cooperation in this regard, and the lack of such data will result in the inability to perform it.

VIII. Data recipients.

Your personal data may be disclosed to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, only within the limits of applicable law, as well as for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims.

IX. Your rights.

  1. a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
  2. b) the right to rectify (correct) your data;
  3. c) the right to delete data, limit data processing;
  4. d) the right to object to data processing;
  5. e) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

X. Automated Decision Making.

Your data will not be used in automated decision-making processes (including profiling).
